Growing up in Fiji, I was surrounded by women who worked incredibly hard to create better lives for their families.
One of those women was my grandmother. She raised seven children on her own and taught me a lesson that has stayed with me my entire life:
When a woman has the opportunity to become financially independent, she doesn't just change her own life. She changes the future of everyone around her.
That belief became one of the foundations of Shahana Jewels. From the beginning, I knew I wanted this business to stand for more than beautiful jewellery. I wanted every order to become a way of investing in other women, just as so many incredible women invested in me.
